Our trip to Crimea coincided with the most touching and exciting moment in Nature calendar. Autumn has totally come into its own, dressing up crowns of the mighty forest giants in gold. The monotonous autumn winds are carrying away the falling leaves, tired of the summer heat, into their last waltz, and the earth, covered with a crimson feather mattress, is preparing to plunge into its long, winter sleep. Treacherous night mists are rising from the surface of the still warm summer sea, turning the ordinary landscape into a fabulous epic, where unknown characters arise and suddenly disappear in the coming waves of gray shroud.
